Rocky Weekend

This weekend has been GREAT! Lord, You are my strength, my rock. No matter what gets thrown at me, You never give me more than I can handle. Lord, you heard our prayers, testimonies, this past weekend...the tears, and sorrow that friends go through. I am thankful that you gave me brothers and sisters in Christ to pray with and to pray for. Can't believe I get that emotional that I had tears coming out.

This past Saturday, I stayed at a friend's place in DT (Toronto) for a "Sandwich run." Andrew, Cliff and myself made lunch bags for the homeless in DT. Thanks to Christina for the little encouragement bookmark cards and Alice for drinks and cookies. We were able to prepare approximately 25 PJ sandwiches to help those less fortunate. At first, we were not as successful as it was a warm day but we were able to give them all out. Donald said next time he'll join us and are welcome to use his place anytime.

Yesterday, Today and Forever

I'm reminded of this song...whenever I go to the non-official Fellowship Blog, the lyrics go like this: "Yesterday, today and forever, You are always the same..." Oh Lord, our God, you are the beginning and the end, the Alpha and the Omega, You never change...Your love is so GREAT! When I am down and troubled, I hear this song and am reminded that You are there for me Lord. Thank you.
